Do you deliver?

Yes we do!
Delivery is free for all orders over £50 upto a 15 mile radius of Malvern.
Orders under £50, or over a 15 mile radius of Malvern are charged at £0.50 per mile plus a £10 surcharge.

What happens if something breaks?

Yes, unfortunately sometimes this can happen.
We do make a charge for breakages and a list of charges can be found on our T's & C's page.

How long have I got the items for?

We loan the items for three days.
This is so that you can have them the day before your event.
The items are then returned/collected on the third day.
It may be possible to extend the hire period if required. Please contact us to discuss.

Do you need a deposit?

Yes, we do require a deposit at the time of booking. This is 20% of the total hire fee.
A further deposit to cover damages is also required and payable at the time the balance is paid.
The damage deposit is fully refunded after inspection of the items following return or collection.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We do understand that for a variety of reasons events may have to be postponed or even cancelled.

In the first instance, please call us.

We initially accept any changes to your booking verbally, followed in writing by email.

Outside of 30 days, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Inside of 30 days, please refer to our T's & C's for further information and charges.
